No inbox, two routes
Contact Rungbook
Rungbook has no email address, contact form or phone line: reports about a practice question, a fact on a page or the iPhone app go through App Support on the app’s App Store page. Questions about your CPRP application, exam booking or result go to the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association.
Report a wrong question, a wrong fact or a bug
Open the App Store page
Tap “Get the app” on any page, or open the app’s App Store page. A computer shows a short page with the App Store badge first.
Find App Support
Scroll to the developer’s details near the bottom of the listing and open App Support. Purchase and subscription problems go there too; refunds are Apple’s decision.
Send four things
- the page address from your browser bar;
- the first words of the question or the table row you doubt;
- the answer or figure you think is right;
- where it comes from: a page of the candidate handbook, the 2025 blueprint or a textbook chapter.
A wrong fact is corrected and the page’s “Checked” date moves to the day of the fix.
Questions only PRA can answer
Eligibility decisions, application status, ProctorU scheduling, accommodations, score appeals and recertification all sit with PRA; start with its certification exam FAQ.
Waiting on an application decision is the tense part for most candidates, and no outside site can speed it up. While you wait, the CPRP overview lays out what the exam covers.
The app button opens the support route
On an iPhone, “Get the app” opens the App Store listing, with App Support among the developer’s details. There is no Android version; the free practice test here works in any browser.
